Реферат: The greatest activity among Mo, V, Re, U, Cr and W oxides supported on magnesium oxides in the oxidation dehydrogenation of ethylbenzene is found for the vanadium-magnesium system. The nature of the support affects the catalytic properties of the vanadium systems since the coordination and valence state of the vanadium ions depends on the support. The greatest activity is found for the vanadium oxide catalysts containing vanadium (V) ions in octahedral coordination.
