Catalysts NpO2/SiO2, NpO2/Y-Al2O3, NpO2/C, and NpO2/Y2O3 were prepared and their catalytic properties in the decomposition of aliphatic alcohols were studied.. The introduction of NpO2 enhances the activity of SiO2. An increase in activity and selectivity in the dehydration of alcohols was observed in the case of Y2O3. The catalytic properties of γ-Al3O3 are virtually unaltered.
