Реферат: The catalytic properties of a nickel phosphide catalyst supported on silica gel in the reductive amination of carbonyl compounds were studied in a flow reactor using molecular hydrogen as a reducing agent. The reaction was carried out in toluene with a slight excess of amine at a total pressure of 10 bar and a temperature of 140–170°C. With the use of primary aliphatic amines, the 6.3% Ni2P/SiO2 catalyst provided the formation of secondary amines with a yield to 99%. The yield of the target product depended on the carbonyl compound and decreased in the following order: aliphatic aldehydes > aliphatic ketones ~ aromatic aldehydes > aromatic ketones. This was explained by a decrease in the electrophilic properties in this sequence. At the same time, the yield of secondary amines in reactions involving aromatic amines, which are weaker nucleophiles, was much lower.
