Реферат:
The development and adoption of ecol. clean technols. with min. water consumption should form the basis of industrial strategy and the choice of priorities which will solve radically the ecol. problems, especially in the pulp and paper industry. Among such technols. discussed are the use of secondary fibers, e.g. the recycling of wastepaper and other cellulosic waste materials, the recovery and use of lignin, and chlorine-free methods for pulping and bleaching. The use of such technols., both in Russia and worldwide, is strongly urged.
