Реферат: The method of highly controlled growing of ultrafine (of 2-40 ∼ in diam.) semiconductor particles of CdS, CuS, PbS and ZnS, attached to either inner or outer surface of the bilayer membrane of lecithin vesicles is developed. An important role of modification of the lipid membranes with ionogenic surfactants in controlling the size and properties of the synthesized semiconductor nanoparticles has been found. In some situations it occurred to be possible to grow up sulfide nanoparticles with extremely narrow size distribution.
