Реферат: The structure of the complex Fe0(LiPh)4(Et2O)4, active towards dinitrogen, reveals a flat rectangular structure formed by carbon atoms of four phenyl rings linked by σ-bonds with Fe0 atom. The comparatively short interatomic distance between two carbon atoms of phenyl rings indicates some interaction between them. The possible mechanism of the reaction with N2 is considered.
