Реферат: The iron-​zirconium intermetallic active components (AC) with the different variation of Zr:Fe ratio, pure and capsulated, have been studied. As a matrix, Al2O3​/Al (prepd. through hydrothermal treatment (HTO) of blends with aluminum ) or Al2O3 (prepd. through pressing in alumina or HTO of blends with amorphous aluminum hydroxide) had been used. The prepn. procedure of capsulated ZrFe​/Al2O3​/Al catalysts also had been varied: through temp. of calcination, order of hydrogenation, and AC fractioning. The catalysts have been characterized by XRD, adsorption-​desorption isotherm anal., XPS, crushing strength measurements and thermal anal. and also were tested in FT reaction (flow-​type packed-​bed reactor, catalyst fraction 2-​3 mm, 300-​310°C, 3 MPa, H2:CO -​2:1, GHSV ∼6500-​7400 h-​1)​. At these conditions, the max. output of C5+ (∼170 g) and of C2-​4 (∼300 g) hydrocarbons per 1 l of the composite catalyst had been reached. The impact of Al2O3 microporosity on the catalytic properties had been discussed.
