Реферат: Series of TiO2-Al2O3 mixed oxides with different TiO2 contents (2.5–97 mol %) was prepared by the sol-gel method and studied by XRD, XPS, and N2 physisorption. At low Ti contents, Ti ions tend to incorporate into the Al2O3 lattice thus increasing the specific surface area. With an increase in the Ti content ( 50 mol %), the TiO2 crystalline phase starts to form. Al2O3 segregates at the surface of TiO2 clusters, thereby preventing their agglomeration.
