Реферат: The hydrodeoxygenation (HDO) of sunflower oil on Pt/WO3-Al2O3 catalysts at 380 °C, 4.0 MPa, weight hourly space velocity (WHSV) of raw materials of 1.0 h-1 was studied. Aqueous solutions of H2[PtCl6] (PHC) and [Pt(NH3)4]Cl2 (PTA) and acetone solution of [Pt3(CO)62- (PC) were used as a metal precursor. The use of solutions for impregnation with a pH close to the value of the point zero charge (PZC) of the support leads to an irregular distribution of the metal precursor due to the absence of electrostatic interaction of the metal complex with the support. A decrease in the active metal surface in the following order: PHC > PTA > PC leads to the decreasing of the catalyst activity in the decarbonylation/decarboxylation (deCOx) and hydrogenation reactions. Its also leads to an increase in the yield of a liquid hydrocarbon product, as well as an increase in the content of unsaturated hydrocarbons in the composition. Increase in Pt content from 0.5 to 2.0 wt. % reduces the yield of C10-C20 hydrocarbons due to the increased contribution of deCOx reactions and hydrocracking to the overall scheme of raw material conversion.
