Реферат: The paper considers the application of a recently suggested mathematically correct approach for determining the rate-limiting steps, rate-determining parameters as well as the apparent activation energy for the steady occurrence of simple stepwise consecutive catalytic reactions which are linear in respect to catalytic intermediates. Under consideration are situations of both the small and large coverage of the surface with catalytic intermediates.
