PP-78 Каталитическая активность, структура и стабильность трипсина в микроэмульсиях вода/масло на основе аэрозоля ОТ
The study of temperature effects on the kinetics of hydrolysis of specific substrates with different polarity by trypsin in a water-AOT-decane "reverse microemulsion" (organic medium with immersed water droplets, stabilised by surfactant) revealed correlation between enzymatic activity and structural properties of enzyme, as obtained by IR spectroscopy, and the structural changes in microemulsion environment.
