Abstract:
The previously proposed (F., 1975) model of the drying process of the randomly porous surface was used for the anal. of the distribution of the chlorides and nitrates of alkali metals deposited in the porous space of typical fine-pore Al2O3 and SiO2 catalyst supports. The correspondence of the expected and the observed distribution was shown and, in addition, the effect of the mobility of solution and salt on the distribution was detected.
